Shipping Zones - We currently ship across Canada and the Continental United States (Not Including Minor Outlining Islands).  We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.

Delivery Timing - Our team aims to deliver your product within 2 weeks of receiving your order, however due to weather or freight delays it may take 14 to 21 days for your order to arrive.  You must provide a valid email address and phone number when checking out your shopping cart as these are required for carrier delivery and order status updates from our system.

FedEx Signature Required on Delivery – To ensure accurate and confirmed delivery of your order, all shipments are sent “Direct Signature Required”.  This means that someone must be present at the time of delivery for FedEx to deliver your parcel.  If someone is not available at the time of delivery, FedEx will attempt delivery a total of three (3) times before returning your shipment to Telesteps.  As the purchaser, it is your responsibility to be aware of the status of your delivery.  Your package tracking number is included in the Shipping Confirmation that is emailed to you when your order leaves our warehouse.  You can contact FedEx customer support at 1-800-463-3339.  We do not reimburse shipping charges for returned parcels.

WARRANTY - We offer 1-Year Limited Ladder Warranty and Returns Process. You can read the full details of our warranty here.

RETURN POLICY - Contact info@telestepsladders.com if you would like to make a return.  Please include with your email: (a) the reason for the return; (b) proof of purchase; and (c) picture of your product.  After review and acceptance by our team, we will share with you the Return Authorization (RMA) form.  Please attach or include the RMA form along with your return shipment, ensuring they are shipped back to our warehouse for inspection, pre-paid at your own expense.  No refunds will be issued for items returned without a valid RMA form.  Product returned must be in original packaging in resalable condition.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Once the ladder is locked in place, you can quickly and easily pinch the One Touch Release Buttons that will slowly lower the rungs back to it’s original compact size. No physical tug of war, no use of tools…just a simple pinch, to lower inch by inch!

We take your safety seriously, and with the safety indicator window feature, we trust you’ll feel more comfortable with each step you take. RED means do not climb and GREEN indicates that it is safe to climb. Safety is paramount with everything we do.

SILICONE SWIVEL FEET

The swivel feet adjust to those awkward surfaces to provide a more solid footing for your climb upward. It’s important that your footing is always on a flat surface to prevent a potential slip out and the Patented Silicone Swivel Feet help with that secure climb.
